Restock Fee for Bulk Orders:

  • Customers who purchase 3 or more items in bulk and wish to return them will be subject to a 30% restock fee.
  • This restock fee is implemented to deter individuals from buying products with the intention of reselling and returning them if they do not sell.
  • It also prevents the practice of purchasing blind bags, peeking into them with a light, and returning them when they do not contain the desired characters.

Discretionary Restock Fee for Regular Returners:

  • In some cases, a discretionary restock fee may be applied to customers who frequently return orders.
  • This fee will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and its application will depend on the circumstances.

Cancellation or Amendment of Orders:
